Order a Custom Orchestrator

Private, purpose-built autonomous systems

Custom Autonomous Research Systems

Turn a complex research or technical workflow into a private, tool-enabled autonomous system—designed by the team that created MOTO’s submitter, validator, and compiler architecture.

We integrate the models, evidence sources, software tools, validation controls, and deliverables your work actually requires. The result is not a generic chatbot with industry terminology added to its prompt; it is an autonomous workflow built around your objective.

Request a Project Assessment

Describe the problem or workflow, required data and tools, privacy constraints, and desired deliverable. We will review whether custom orchestration or a consulting engagement is an appropriate technical fit.

What type of quote do you need?

Your submission is emailed to Intrafere for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. Do not include confidential technical data at this initial stage.

Open Source vs. Custom Solution

Use the public MOTO release as a flexible research harness, or commission a system designed around your tools, data boundaries, domain, and operating requirements.

Capability MOTO Open Source Custom Intrafere Solution
System Purpose General-purpose autonomous STEM research Built around a defined organizational workflow
Validation Depth Standard submitter-validator workflow Domain-specific validation, escalation, and human review
Domain Tuning Generalized STEM configuration Purpose-built agent roles, prompts, and acceptance criteria
Existing Tool Integration Limited built-in tool access Approved databases, APIs, and analysis software
Internet Access Limited access Approved sources, full access if desired, or offline operation
Purpose-Built Tools Not included New tools developed for your systems and objectives
Private Data Integration Self-configured document inputs Retrieval and access designed around your data boundaries
Private Workflows Self-configured local workflows Confidential processes and controlled output pipelines
Architecture Design Public code and documentation Direct design input from MOTO’s original architecture team
Support Community and public documentation Direct collaboration, documentation, and agreed support

What Your System Can Deliver

Each engagement begins with the work to be performed—not a predetermined software package. We define the inputs, autonomous process, review points, and final deliverable together.

  • Validated knowledge bases assembled from private files, approved public sources, or both.
  • Longform technical reports and research drafts compiled from an inspectable exploration process.
  • Ranked research directions or candidate solutions supported by documented acceptance and rejection criteria.
  • Tool-assisted analytical workflows that connect autonomous reasoning to the software your team already uses.
  • Private output pipelines that route results into the format, system, or human review process your organization specifies.

Designed by the Team That Created MOTO

MOTO separates creative exploration from critical evaluation. Parallel submitters explore possible solutions, a distinct validator determines which contributions improve the shared knowledge base, and the compiler turns validated material into a structured result. Rejection feedback and iterative pruning help the system refine its direction rather than accumulate unchecked output.

Because Intrafere developed this architecture, we can modify how agents divide the problem, what evidence they can access, how contributions are accepted or rejected, when human review is required, and how final outputs enter your existing workflow.

Controls Defined for Each Engagement

Deployment, model providers, data handling, internet access, tool permissions, validation thresholds, and human approval requirements are defined for the project. Depending on the use case, a system can use local models through LM Studio, cloud models through OpenRouter, or mixed assignments selected by role.

Have a workflow that requires deeper autonomy? Tell us what the system must accomplish, what it needs to access, and how its output will be reviewed.

How a Custom Engagement Works

01

Fit Assessment

We define the objective, required evidence, tools, constraints, review standards, and intended deliverable.

02

System Design

We specify agent roles, model assignments, data boundaries, integrations, validation controls, and human checkpoints.

03

Prototype and Evaluation

The workflow is tested against agreed examples and acceptance criteria so behavior can be inspected and refined.

04

Delivery and Support

We deliver the agreed system and documentation, then establish any training, maintenance, or ongoing support included in scope.

Research-Intensive Applications

Intrafere focuses on serious technical and scientific work—not entertainment, image generation, or creative-writing data products.

Pharmaceuticals and Biotechnology

Connect approved literature and internal research collections to an autonomous synthesis workflow that produces structured knowledge bases, research directions, and drafts for expert review.

Advanced Engineering and Materials

Coordinate tool-assisted exploration across physical models, design requirements, simulations, and technical evidence to produce reviewable candidate approaches.

Physics and Complex Systems

Build focused research workflows for theoretical analysis, including Markov and non-Markovian behavior, decoherence, and hierarchical systems with scale differentials.

Scientific and Technical Intelligence

Monitor approved sources, organize findings, identify unresolved questions, and produce traceable reports that subject-matter experts can inspect and refine.
